# 新西兰最敏感经济指标异动，通胀率冲上5年来新高

新西兰统计局周四公布数据，今年一季度的消费者价格指数（CPI）录得全年涨幅2.2%。这是自从2011年三季度以来最大的年涨幅，当时物价上涨主要是因为GST从12.5%上涨到15%。

统计局负责价格的经理Jason Attewell表示，2.2%的物价年涨幅主要是因为燃油价格随国际油价上涨。而在每年一季度，新西兰的烟草和烟草税价格都会上挑，拉动物价整体上涨。如果扣除燃油和烟草价格的因素，新西兰CPI全年涨幅为1.5%。

除此以外，与住房相关的价格全年上涨3.3%，这也成为推高物价的因素。新建住房价格（不包括土地）全年上涨6.7%，其中奥克兰的年涨幅为8.0%，基督城上涨服务为3.6%。

新西兰《先驱报》专栏作家Liam Dann认为，物价上涨固然可能影响日常消费价格，但在更广阔的经济层面，这应该视作一个积极的信号——这反映出经济开始回归到更加正常的状况。随着全球经济逐渐回暖，新西兰也终于走出经济衰退的阴影。他预计，新西兰央行如果要调整官方现金利率（OCR），很有可能选择上调。

从2014年9月开始，新西兰的OCR一直稳步下行，到去年11月坐稳1.75%的水平，下一次重审将在5月11日。
