# 开了35年的店突然倒闭，一张图热传

“又一家企业被CRL毁掉。”奥克兰市中心出现一张关门通知，照片在社交媒体热传。

经营35年的餐厅Cafe Midnight Express宣布关店，并归因于市中心铁路工程City Rail Link（CRL）持续的影响。

CRL铁路工程于2016年开始建设，预计2026年完工。

这家土耳其餐厅自1989年以来，一直在Victoria Street West经营，但由于租金上涨和持续的道路施工，业主表示已“无法维持”。

Cafe Midnight Express正对着Te Waihorotiu站的施工现场。

2021年，奥克兰市政府曾设立了1200万纽币补助基金，帮助奥克兰CBD受工程影响的商家，但被批杯水车薪。

去年，位于Albert Street和Victoria Street West转角的花店Roma Blooms Florist的业主透露，从未预料到CRL施工会带来如此大的干扰。

“过去8年简直就是最可怕的噩梦。”她说。

“没有人告诉我们这里的商业环境会变成什么样子，我们就像被遗弃在一个施工现场，被迫‘正常营业’。”

作为新西兰最大基建项目，CRL仍在按计划推进，但对于像 Cafe Midnight Express这样的店家来说，已经无法等到那个“繁荣的未来”了。
