# 地产中介公司待售库存创纪录

奥克兰最大房地产公司Barfoot & Thompson上月销量上升，但待售房屋库存也创下历史新高。

该公司库存量**持续攀升**，**1月未售房屋5300套，2月增至5900套，而3月更达到6200套**。

该公司在**3月共售出1213套房屋**，创下自**2021年7月以来的最高单月纪录**。

“尽管3月销售量高，待售房屋仍处于历史高位。本月上市2103套新房，包含新建房屋和二手房。”

**奥克兰3月房价有所回升，市场信心略有增强。**

**3月房屋均价114万纽币（1月105万纽币，2月110万纽币）。**
