新西兰的民宅炒作之风已经过去一个段落了，眼光独到的投资人已经把资金和关注力从民宅上抽身而出，放入商业地产方向了。在新西兰，投资或者租赁一个商业地产不仅需要资金和判断力，更需要一些英语和法律知识来帮助自己和自己的公司避免陷入奇怪的麻烦与无尽的纠纷之中。

在新西兰，都有什么属于商业地产？商业地产是一个综合的物业，一个、或者多个公司/企业在其中运营。商业地产可以包括许多类型，包括零售商店、商场、停车场停车楼、办公楼、汽车旅馆、工业仓库、工业用地、甚至垃圾处理厂等等。

抛开资金、判断力、法律知识等等这些站长没法教给大家的知识，我们就说说在租赁新西兰商业地产中，会遇到的常见的英语单词和词组。
