# 新西兰副总理：“小病去药房解决！”

周末冬至日，新西兰代理总理、副总理David Seymour在奥克兰Mission Bay海滩跳入刺骨海水。

不过这次不是为了庆祝什么，而是为了推广**“药房优先”（pharmacy-first）**的医疗理念。

Seymour与新西兰消费者保健产品协会（CHPNZ）首席执行官Scott Milne一同下海。

他们希望借此呼吁民众：对于像咳嗽、感冒等小病小痛，不必都去看全科医生（GP），药房就能提供安全有效的非处方药解决方案。

大量轻症患者仍挤向GP诊所与急诊室，给本已吃紧的医疗体系带来不必要的负担。

新西兰政府正在减少公众获取非处方药（OTC）治疗方案的障碍，以此缓解基层医疗系统压力。

CHPNZ也呼吁新西兰应与澳大利亚等国家看齐，**进一步放宽非处方药范围**，扩大药房可提供药品清单。

尽管新西兰近期已重新允许含伪麻黄碱类感冒药重新上架，但**Scott Milne**认为还不够。

“**有些药物悉尼人能用，奥克兰人却用不上**——这根本说不过去。”他说。

CHPNZ强调，将更多轻症病患引导至药房，有助于节省政府医疗开支、缩短看病等待时间、提升整体医疗可及性。
