# 新西兰漏水房的政府维修补贴早已取消

有些朋友发送邮件询问站长，新西兰的漏水房这么便宜，听说还有“国家和地方政府”共同进行补贴，帮助房东修复漏水房，是这样吗？买潜在的漏水房是不是有便宜可以赚到？

答案是否定的。

新西兰住房部曾经出台过一个“帮扶计划”叫做 Financial Assistance Package Scheme ，用于帮助拥有房龄不超过10年的漏水房屋主得到国家补贴来修复漏水房，简称 FAP。

但是，但是，但是，这个补贴计划早在两年前就过期了哈，看好咯\~\~过期了，当时推出的这个就是一个“五年计划”，从2011年7月23日开始，到2016年7月23日终止。过期不候，现在已经快要过去两年了，别再“妄想”有谁能够帮助你修复漏水房啦。
