# Country Road澳洲关店，新西兰方面发声明

大洋洲知名时尚零售商Country Road计划关闭其在澳多家门店。

消息在新西兰引发广泛猜测。

这次关店原因是销售下滑，促使其南非母公司Woolworths Holdings缩减业务规模。

关店名单中包括悉尼市中心女王维多利亚大厦旗舰店，这是该品牌澳大利亚标志性门店。

此外，旗下姊妹品牌Trenery也将关闭悉尼高端郊区Mosman的门店。而位于Pitt Street Mall的Country Road门店将在2028年租约到期时关闭。

Country Road创立于1974年，在澳大利亚、新西兰和南非共有超过650家门店。

根据Woolworths Holdings最新财报，去年下半年集团销售下滑近8%，营业利润暴跌71.7%至1420万澳元。

Country Road集团上月宣布人事变动，CEO换人。

针对澳大利亚门店调整计划，Country Road方面最新确认，新西兰的14家门店不在本轮关闭范围内。

“我们会不时审视零售店铺组合，确保持续满足顾客需求。”Country Road集团发言人强调，尽管部分门店关闭，集团并非在全面收缩，而是在进行结构性调整和投资升级。

今年还将有新项目落地，包括8月在布里斯班Queen St新开的旗舰店、10月Chatswood Chase的三家新店等。

Country Road集团隶属于总部位于约翰内斯堡的南非零售巨头Woolworths Holdings，还持有Mimco、Witchery和POLITIX等品牌。

在新西兰，Country Road Clothing (NZ) Limited最新财报显示，截至去年6月29日的一年内净利润310万纽币，较前一年490万有所下滑。

Country Road自1970年代以来一直是澳新地区家喻户晓的品牌，也是首批进军美国市场的澳洲本土品牌之一。
