# 圣诞节快乐的毛利语

圣诞节快乐的英文是 Merry Christmas，新西兰人在这一天，彼此祝福圣诞节快乐。

对于毛利语来说，由于圣诞节是“外来品”，百多年前在欧洲移民来到新西兰之前是没有“圣诞节”这个词语的，不过，没有，可以“音译创造”嘛，所以，就有了 **Meri Kirihimete**

实话说，如果真的用毛利发音读，听起来蛮像日文的\~
