# 奥克兰超大商业中心成型，特斯拉将入驻

奥克兰最新的特斯拉展厅即将进入内部装修阶段，主体结构已完工。该项目位于庞大的**Westgate的Maki Centre项目**内。

而Maki Centre商业项目是目前奥克兰第二大在建零售开发项目，仅次于Sylvia Park的宜家（Ikea）。

特斯拉去年关闭了市中心服务中心，转向西北部。

新展厅或将被称为 “Tesla North”，对应南奥克兰Māngere的 “Tesla South”。

特斯拉新展厅将落户于Westgate Maki Centre，占据其18,000平营业面积的一大部分，位于Mitre 10 Mega同一侧，正对Costco，毗邻Costco加油站。

这里由新西兰零售物业集团 (NZRPG) 开发，而这块区域，将成为奥克兰核心商业中心之一，涵盖Mega Mitre 10，以及Resene、Dulux、NZ Safety、Stihl等品牌。

此外，攀岩馆Boulder Co和Bargain Chemist近期已入驻，而**该区域仍在施工建设中，计划再引入21家零售商店**。

“该区域将迎来多个知名品牌，包括Baby Bunting、JB Hi-Fi、Hunting & Fishing、Super Cheap Auto以及多家餐饮品牌。” NZRPG介绍道。

目前已有50,000名居民居住在距离Westgate镇中心15分钟车程范围内，预计到2048年，该地区人口将增长超过80,000人。
