# 美资大笔收购新西兰酒店资产

纽交所上市、资产管理规模750亿美元的国际投资巨头，计划收购两家新西兰酒店，总价约2.5亿纽币，交易正等待新西兰海外投资办公室批准。

这家公司是Brookfield Asset Management，公司计划收购的两家酒店分别是：

- Rydges Wellington（280间客房）
- Sofitel Queenstown Hotel and Spa（84间客房）

Brookfield目前在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码**BAM**。

事实上，Brookfield近年已在新西兰扩大布局。

2025年4月，该公司与Tainui Group Holdings成立合资企业，在Hamilton开发大型物流项目——Ruakura Logistics Intermodal Superhub。

该项目被视为新西兰最重要的物流基础设施之一。

此次出售酒店的卖家是NZ Hotel Holdings。

该公司去年曾宣布，计划出售旗下七家酒店，总价值超过6亿。

其中最引人注目的一笔交易，是InterContinental Auckland以**1.8亿**创纪录价格出售。

此次交易涉及**七家酒店**的两家，都是位于“热门旅游目的地的优质资产”。

其中，Queenstown的Sofitel酒店创下新西兰酒店“每间客房价格”最高纪录。

这笔交易反映出海外投资者对新西兰优质酒店资产的持续兴趣。

公司预计本月完成这两家酒店的交易，同时未来可能继续出售剩余资产。
