# 研究型硕士新申请人不再享有无限工时：学生签证新规生效

新西兰学生签证新规于10月27日（周二）生效。移民局更新的指引明确指出，新申请研究型硕士学生签证的人士，将不再享有无限工时的工作权利。

新规定允许相关硕士学生在学习期间每周工作25小时，假期可全职工作。移民局表示，这项调整是为了强调学生签证应以学习为主要目的。

申请审核也有两项变化：英语能力被明确列为评估申请人能否遵守签证条件的因素；移民局暂停学生签证审批的适用情形扩大，包括教育机构涉嫌不合规、有关情况仍在评估期间。

另一项变化涉及签证有效期。原本在课程结束一个月后到期的学生签证，相应期限延长至课程结束后两个月；以3月31日为到期日的另一种安排保持不变。

现有持有人应查看自己的电子签证或签证信，不能据此认定已签发签证的工时条件或到期日自动改变。具体工作权限仍以签证条件为准；博士生在继续全日制学习期间，仍可享有无限工时的工作权利。

申请人可能需要提供英语考试成绩等材料，证明自己能够取得适当的学习进展。移民局评估真实学习意图时，也会考虑学习计划、出勤和资金情况。
