# 新西兰移民局宣布WTR工签仍将按照旧政策申请居民签证

新西兰移民局在其官方网站上公布消息，从2021年7月1日至2021年10月31日的过渡期间内，为能引入新的认证雇主工作签证担保体系进行准备工作，现有的三项受信雇主以及原则批准政策将被取消，即：从2021年7月1日开始，可担保优才签证的信用雇主，劳务雇佣认证雇主的资格将停止接受新的申请和续期申请。目前依旧有效的受信雇主和劳务雇佣认证雇主，依然可以在2021年10月31日之前，担保其员工申请“工作到居民签证”WTR和基本技能工作签证。

当前持有工作签证的申请人，只要符合签证条件且签证依然有效，就不会受到新的认证雇主担保体系变化的影响。

目前已经持有信用雇主担保的WTR的申请人，依然可以在2021年10月31日之后，申请居民签证。即便当天申请人的信用雇主没有更新信用雇主认证，也不会影响申请人的居民签证申请。

新西兰移民局承诺，只要在2021年11月1日之前，取得了WTR工签的申请人，仍然可在持有该签证工作满24个月之后，按照旧政策递交居民签证申请。

> Migrants who have a current temporary work visa will not be affected by these changes as long as they are meeting their visa conditions and their visa remains valid.  
>  
> Migrants who have a Work to Residence visa can still apply for residence after 31 October 2021\. Their residence pathway will not be affected by their current employer not renewing accreditation.  
>  
> The changes to accredited employer work visas will not affect other work visas holders.

6月30日后不再认证和续期的雇主类型：

- Accredited Employer (Talent – Accredited Employer)
- Labour Hire Accreditation (Essential Skills)
- Approval in Principle (Essential Skills)
