# 【短百科】留学生学费占用每年外汇额度吗？

中国大陆居民每人每年有5万美元的外汇兑换便利化额度的限制，而来到新西兰留学一年的学费加上生活费肯定要超过这个数字，有些朋友询问站长是否需要使用父母加上自己的外汇额度来兑换纽币汇到新西兰，其实多虑了。

目前，大陆央行外管局规定，个人经常项目下购汇中“境外留学”的项目，不受每年5万美元的限制，学生可以在银行柜台出示学费缴费通知单后足额汇款；并且汇款的数量并不会占用5万美元的额度。

只需要带身份证、护照、签证和学费缴费通知单，使用银行柜台人工服务或者是网上银行的外币汇款服务即可。包括新西兰的大学、私立大学、语言学校、中学、初中和小学的学费，都可以使用该方法。
