# 英文常用语“非常相似”怎么说？

世界上长得相像的人很多，你还在用 they looks the same 这样的句子来形容双胞胎或者两位长得很像的人吗？当然这是可以的，但是用点儿更生动的口语是不是更加传神？这个小知识文章就是讲述，two peas in a pod 这个短语的用法。

如果你哪天看到英语的文章里出现了“two peas in a pod” 或者是写成 “peas in a pod”，这就说明用了比喻的方法来形容两个人的长相“好比一个豆荚里面的两颗豌豆”，都是青须须、圆滚滚的，一模一样。

请注意，通常这只用来形容人的长相或者性格或者是工作方式，而不是用来形容两个一模一样的物品哦。

“一个豆荚里的两颗豆”有两种用法，一种是明喻，直接可以说 they like two peas in a pod；另一种用法是隐喻或者是暗喻，可以说 they are two peas in a pod；没太多的区别，不用过于纠结是 like 还是 be。
