# 新西兰TradeMe会被被国际电商巨头阿里巴巴收购吗？

作为一名 Trade Me 的用户，你应该非常清楚竞标战 Bid Listing 能够提升你在 TRADE ME 网站上交易商品的价格；而现在，一场竞标战即将发生在Trade Me公司自身之上。2018年11月22日，Trade Me的董事会透露，已经有英国服装公司Apax Partners对Trade Me出价。同时，据说美国私募股权投资公司Hellman＆Friedman也正在积极考虑收购。

在Apax给出每股6.4纽币的报价后，Trade Me的估值约为25.4亿纽币。Craigs Investment Partners机构研究副主管Stephen Ridgewell表示，6.4纽币每股的报价是一个新高，比Trade Me之前在ASX / NZX的收盘价高出了25%。

但是Devon基金管理公司首席投资官Mark Brown表示，鉴于Trade Me在市场上的力量，以及高收入和低负债率，他认为TRADE ME的公司定价范围还有更大的上升空间。Mark Brown表示，除了Apax和Hellman＆Friedman之间的潜在竞争外，像阿里巴巴这样的买家也可能会出价。这个中国巨头已经在世界上的其他地方进行了类似的收购。
