# 新西兰大型印度庙落成启用

惠灵顿地区最大的印度庙——BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir——日前在Lower Hutt正式落成启用。

为期五天的庆典吸引了来自新西兰及澳大利亚各地的人们。

其地点位于Naenae地区，上周末还举行了一系列传统仪式，成为新西兰印度社群多元文化版图上的重要里程碑。

庆典自8月6日启动，首先举行了建筑群的启用仪式。

随后的数天中，还举办了传统祭祀、文化表演和公益活动。

出席典礼的嘉宾包括工党领袖Chris Hipkins、印度驻新西兰高级专员Neeta Bhushan、下哈特市长Campbell Barry，以及多位国会议员。

这里现已向公众开放，并欢迎各界参观。
