# 新西兰央行深度重组

新西兰储备银行（RBNZ）正准备进行一轮更大范围的内部重组。

目前，储备银行已启动高层领导团队的重组，多位高级官员相继离任。

最新消息显示，助理行长Sarah Owen已离职。

储备银行此前表示，将把不包括行长在内的**执行领导层人数从8人缩减至4人，并将在6月16日启用新的管理架构**，建立包括金融稳定、货币政策、企业服务和运营四大部门，共20位总监组成的中层管理团队。

这轮变动发生之际，储备银行正面临新财年25%的财政预算削减，同时也处于领导层更迭和组织不确定性中。

前行长Adrian Orr已于此前突然离任。

在外界批评其人员膨胀的背景下（**全职员工人数从2018年的255人激增至2024年9月的641人**），储备银行正寻求瘦身并“适应不断变化的外部环境”。

新任行长Christian Hawkesby表示：“这是储备银行的关键时期，我们正在进行的改革远不止于组织结构调整，我们希望为当前的环境做好万全准备。”
