# 新西兰不含有GST的商品和服务

又到了一年一度的公司报税时，不少的华人朋友在新西兰都拥有一家或者几家自己的小公司；这些小公司的特点是每年的业务量不多，收入也不多，但是每年依然需要报税至少两次（如果注册了GST的话）；无论您成立公司的初衷是为了做一份额外的业务也好，或者帮忙合理避掉一些税款也罢，亦或是为了新建一座房子而成立的一个ONE OFF的公司；这些都不重要，重要的是，在财年结束报税之时，您作为公司的经营者，应该知道一些GST方面的问题。关于新西兰的商品和服务消费税GST的知识，[请点击这篇文章](https://www.kannz.com/goods-and-services-tax/)。

如果您的公司有专职的会计，那么您大可不必关注这篇文章，因为您的会计掌握的专业知识会帮助您的公司正确的处理账务；如果您自己报税，那么您就应该了解一下，在这一个财年之中，公司的收入和支出中，有多少是含GST的，而又有多少是不含有GST的。

在新西兰国内税务局IRD的GST说明中，明确指出了以下商品或是服务不含有GST：

- duty-free goods 免税商品
- exported goods 出口商品
- exported services 出口服务
- exported vessels 出口传播
- finanical services 财务服务（所以说新西兰的银行收费都是不含有GST的）
- foreign-based pleasure craft 所有权属于其他国家的游艇
- goods not in New Zealand at the time of supply 提供商品的时候不在新西兰境内
- transportation of certain household goods 家用物品运输
- imported services 进口服务
- internet sales (offshore) 离岸网络销售
- land transactions 土地交易
- refined fine metal 精细金属加工
- restraint of trade (offshore) 限制性离岸贸易
- sale of a “going concern” 持续经营产生的销售额（销售额是一个“预估”的数字，并非实际发生）
- services performed outside New Zealand 在新西兰境外提供的服务
- temporary imports 临时进口（货物等待转运而非在新西兰境内销售）
- transport of goods to and from New Zealand 运抵或从新西兰运出货物的服务
- transport of passengers to and from New Zealand 往来新西兰的乘客运送服务（例如，纽航的国际飞机票就没有GST）
